Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via Paypal or over the telephone, we are also happy to provide a pro-forma invoice where your goods will be dispatched once payment has been received. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Ownership of the goods remains with Cats and Dogs Ltd until paid for in full.


We deliver within the mainland UK via normal postal services. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 working days. We reserve the right to choose the delivery company of our choice for your goods.

Delivery Costs

Packing and delivery to the UK Mainland will be charged per order.

Packing and delivery to Europe

Europe (signed For) the package will be insured and we will re-deliver in the event of loss.

Europe (Air Mail) our liability is limited to £40.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via the internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned.Goods that have a sealed top cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you place an order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Non receipt of goods

Occasionally parcels go astray, Royal Mail insist that 15 working days are left before a parcel is classed as lost. If this is the case and the goods do not arrive we will re-send the goods or refund you. If you are out when the delivery is attempted a calling card should be left and the parcel will need to be collected from the sorting office , or arranged for another delivery day.
